Donations totalling up to N10,000 in a financial year are tax deductible. Donations higher than N1,000,000 are reported to the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC), Department of State Services (DSS), and Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as part of the annual Political Party Disclosure Return and also noted here, together with our view on donation transparency.
